Refund and Transaction Policy

This Refund and Transaction Policy (“Policy”) describes how Splurge Tech LLC (“Splurge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles digital transactions on https://www.splurge.tech.

Splurge operates a non-custodial platform. We do not hold user funds or private keys. All transfers occur directly between user wallets on the Base network. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or modified by Splurge or any third party. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

Splurge supports USDC on the Base network only. Sending any other asset or using any other network (including other versions of USDC) may result in permanent loss of funds. Such errors are solely the user’s responsibility.

You are responsible for verifying the recipient address, asset, network, and amount before confirming a transaction. Splurge has no ability to retrieve, re-route, or replace funds sent to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, or using the wrong asset.

Deposits and withdrawals that involve fiat conversion or card payments are provided by independent third-party on/off-ramp partners. Their terms, processes, and refund policies apply. Splurge is not responsible for delays, declines, chargebacks, account reviews, freezes, or any issues arising from those services. For billing or ramp-related problems, contact the relevant provider directly.

Network fees, congestion, mempool delays, reorgs, or other blockchain conditions are outside Splurge’s control and are not grounds for refunds or credits.

If you believe a transaction issue was caused by a verifiable Splurge platform error (not blockchain behavior or third-party services), email support@splurge.tech with your wallet address, the transaction hash, timestamps, and a brief description. We will review and respond, but refunds are not guaranteed and remain at Splurge’s sole discretion.

We may update this Policy at any time by publishing a revised version at https://www.splurge.tech/legal/refund. Continued use of Splurge after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
